E-Commerce & CRM Marketing Specialist

About the Role

In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving digital performance across both B2C and B2B channels. You’ll manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, CRM strategy, and digital activations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong brand alignment across every touchpoint. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the intersection between marketing, technology and commerce - combining analytical insight with creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
- Oversee daily webshop performance, including product uploads, merchandising, and platform maintenance.
- Test and optimize site functionality in collaboration with external partners.
- Coordinate seasonal product launches and campaign updates in line with the marketing calendar.
- Analyze sales performance and online trends to identify growth opportunities.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email campaigns and automated journeys via Klaviyo.
- Continuously optimize flows, segmentation, and performance to increase engagement and conversion.
- Lead CRM database growth and develop subscriber value through thoughtful content and personalization.
Digital Merchandising & Content
- Curate category pages and homepage content ensuring a visually consistent and brand-aligned shopping experience.
- Build landing pages for collections and campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
Product & Stock Management
- Manage e-commerce product lifecycle and stock availability across B2C and B2B platforms.
- Maintain range plans, oversee online sales activations, and coordinate with retail and purchasing teams.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Wholesale, and Retail teams to align digital activations and optimize customer experience.
- Support wholesale with digital showroom maintenance and B2B email marketing.
Qualifications
Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with Centra, Klaviyo, Depict (or similar tools).
- Solid grasp of UX, digital design, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Collaborative and communicative, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Digitally curious and open to learning new systems and technologies.
